Your mission

Customer Service & Order Management:

  • End-to-End Order Processing: Accurately register, complete, and track customer orders from receipt to final delivery.

  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for clinics and hospitals, ensuring excellent communication, handling inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.

  • Billing & Invoicing Support: Review, verify, and manage invoices related to orders and logistics operations.

  • Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales department to align on customer needs, support commercial initiatives, and ensure a seamless service experience.

Logistics & Operations Support:

  • Inventory & Stock Control: Support day-to-day logistics operations, including updating inventory systems and monitoring stock levels.

  • Goods Receipt: Oversee the receipt of incoming goods, verifying that quantities and quality match the documentation.

  • Partner Coordination: Coordinate with logistics partners, couriers, and transport providers to ensure timely and smooth deliveries.

Your profile

  • Experience: Proven experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or a combined Logistics-Administrative role.

  • Languages: Native or fluent German and an Intermediate level of English (B1/B2)—you’ll need it to collaborate and communicate effectively with our European team.

  • Tech Skills:

    • Proficiency in MS Excel (data entry, basic formulas, and tracking).

    • Experience with SAP is highly desirable (a huge plus!).

  • Location & Availability: Based in or near Munich and fully available for a 100% on-site position at our office.

  • Multitasking Master: Ability to juggle customer calls, order entry, and logistics tracking without losing your cool.

  • Agile & Proactive: Fast learner with a problem-solving mindset who can adapt quickly to daily operational changes.

  • Empathy & Communication: Great interpersonal skills to build trust and maintain excellent relationships with clinics and hospitals.
