Customer Service & Order Management:
End-to-End Order Processing: Accurately register, complete, and track customer orders from receipt to final delivery.
Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for clinics and hospitals, ensuring excellent communication, handling inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
Billing & Invoicing Support: Review, verify, and manage invoices related to orders and logistics operations.
Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales department to align on customer needs, support commercial initiatives, and ensure a seamless service experience.
Logistics & Operations Support:
Inventory & Stock Control: Support day-to-day logistics operations, including updating inventory systems and monitoring stock levels.
Goods Receipt: Oversee the receipt of incoming goods, verifying that quantities and quality match the documentation.
Partner Coordination: Coordinate with logistics partners, couriers, and transport providers to ensure timely and smooth deliveries.
